Owen Hargie is Professor of Communication at the University of Ulster, and Dennis Tourish is a�Professor at Aberdeen Business School, Robert Gordon University. Good book but fluffed up, horrible kindle version

It is not a bad book, just so full of fluff. It's clearly a way to make money. You will keep reading the same things multiple times and lots of words that aren't necessary to describe a concept. Everything in this book could have been cut down to half the size, which would make it a lot clearer and simple. I'm just not a fan of bloating up content.
Also, the Kindle version is really bad. There is no table of content so you have to manually search for the chapters! Huge negative! There are also no real page numbers included, which I find really important for textbooks as a teacher might tell you "read page X" or "go to X". It takes me forever to find anything. On top of that, some of the tables are not correctly displayed.

Great Resource

I originally bought this book to help with writing an audit proposal for a Communication Management course for a Masters Degree. It is full of useful information and the actual audit examples that are included are very helpful. I bought this as a Kindle reader and use it on my iPad. A very useful resource.
